With summer rapidly approaching, there's a lot of awesome programming headed to your television or favorite device.

10. Curiosity Trek! - The Faces of Fort Sumter

According to legend, faces can be seen imprinted on two of Fort Sumter’s authentic battle flags which flew over the fort during the Civil War- The Union “Storm Flag” and the Confederate “Palmetto Guard Flag.” Host Andrew Davis interviews NPS Ranger Shelby McAllister at Fort Sumter National Monument about this Fort Sumter mystery!

9. Making It Grow - Spring Berries and Flowers

Amanda and Terasa are joined by Brad Fowler and Cory Tanner. We visit McLeod Farms strawberries, Rivendell Farms flowers and vegetables, and Simply Green Farm blackberries.

8. Making It Grow - Clemson Apiculture and Pollinator Program

Amanda visits the Pee Dee Research and Education Center in Florence, SC, to talk with Clemson Apiculture and Pollinator Program coordinator Ben Powell. Amanda learns about the challenges facing beekeepers and the research being done to help. We also stop by Boone Hall Plantation & Gardens, where Director of Horticulture Katie Dickson shows us what’s blooming.

7. Making It Grow - The W. Gordon Belser Arboretum

Amanda and Terasa are joined by Vicky Bertagnolli, Jackie Jordan, and Davis Sanders. This week Amanda and Dr. John Nelson visit the W. Gordon Belser Arboretum near downtown Columbia. We also visit Willie’s Roadside Market at Boone Hall Farms in Mount Pleasant.

6. SC on Display: The Murals of Rock Hill

SC On Display: The Murals of Rock Hill showcases several large-scale murals that adorn downtown Rock Hill, turning the city into a vibrant canvas of history, resilience and imagination. Through visuals partly captured by a drone, the documentary takes viewers on a guided tour of Rock Hill’s artistic landmarks while offering insight into the stories behind the paint.

 

5. Making It Grow - Wabi Sabi Farm, Spring Arrangements, Fish Sculpture

Zack Snipes visits Wabi Sabi Farm. Amanda chats with Cassie Castleberry about a fish sculpture. Katie Phillippi creates colorful arrangements.

 

4. Wild Wild South - Maritime Forest

The Lowcountry is full of diverse habitats, not just marshes! So today, Hyatt is going into the maritime forest on Hilton Head Island, fixin’ to find some of the amazing creatures that live here. From funky fungi to diving ospreys, the nature here is full of surprises big and small. With a sharp eye and a bit of patience, you can discover amazing wildlife right in your own backyard.

3. Wild Wild South - Pinckney Island

Home to over 250 species, this is one of Hyatt’s favorite birding spots in the south! In the final installment, she’ll be taking y'all on an expedition through the boot stickin’ swamp to track down some wildly unique bird species, such as snowy egrets, vultures and American white ibis. Once extricated, we’ll also have a surprise encounter with one of the tiniest animals in the series.

 

2. Wild Wild South - Barrier Islands

In this escapade, we dive deep into a stormy Lowcountry, revealing the vital role of barrier islands in protecting the marsh. Hyatt highlights the raw power of the weather and the ocean and the resilience of the wildlife that calls these ever-changing islands home - such as swamp chickens clumsily tumbling around trees, crabs squabbling over territory, and even strand feeding dolphins.

1. Breakfast in Beaufort: Journey Through Time

A group of wise men, ranging in age from 84 to 101, gather weekly for coffee and breakfast.
