College Options for the Intellectually Disabled

College Transition Connection is a program that gives young adults with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to expand their education by attending college. The organization works with various universities around the state to create and help fund these programs.

Donald Bailey, Executive Director, explains the relationship between CTC and the programs at these various schools; and not only the funding of these programs, but how families can get financial assistance.
