About Yoga in Practice

Yoga in Practice is an instructional series led by master teacher Stacey Millner-Collins. Season four features 13 episodes that explore key yoga concepts and demonstrate poses that are accessible to all levels of participants, including the casual at-home practitioner. Throughout the series, Stacey teaches yoga with detailed alignment principles while also incorporating the more subtle practices of breath, meditation, and philosophy.
