On the verge of Election Day, the Reconstruction 360 project team visited Norfolk State University, an HBCU in Virginia, to explore how Reconstruction era voting issues resonate in the 21st century. Reconstruction 360 features 360-degree interactive video and short documentaries, and includes lesson plans, primary documents, curriculum standards and a geolocative walking tour of Reconstruction sites in downtown Columbia, S.C.
