Cheryl Nunnley

Director, TV Programming & Broadcast Traffic

Cheryl Nunnley is the Director of TV Programming and Broadcast Traffic at South Carolina ETV.   She started her career in commercial radio as a Traffic Manager and fill in DJ.  She decided to take the next step in her career and join the Public TV family, setting her sights on PBS, located in Arlington, VA.  While at PBS she fell in love with Broadcast Operations and learning about TV traffic. Later, she transferred to Technical Services where she spent time advising producers on how to properly prepare their programs for broadcast.

In  2006, Cheryl left the DMV area, (DC, Maryland and Virginia)  to come to South Carolina. At SCETV she learned how to schedule programs and serve the South Carolina community by offering diverse educational and entertaining programming. Her goal is to always create a schedule that looks like any person walking into a public library, because there is something for everyone.

Cheryl currently serves as a board member for the Public Television Programming Association, The Fortitude Foundation Board Vice Chair, and a Certified Public Manager (CPM).
