Hannah Merchant

Hannah Merchant is a Marine Corps veteran who served as a motor transportation operator during her time in service. After serving, she continued her education and graduated from the University of South Carolina Beaufort (USCB) with a BA degree in Communication Studies, where she interned on the USCB and SCETV co-produced series, “By The River” as a Promotional and Social Media Producer. She has been working in public broadcasting for three years, where she currently holds the position of Assistant Director of National Content. 

She is the Producer of “After Action,” and has worked on numerous nationally distributed series including, “Graceball: The Story of Bobby Richardson,” “Towns in Tune,” “Environmental Justice: 30 Years of Federal Focus,” and “Southern Songwriters with Patrick Davis,” to name a few.
