The collection also includes South Carolina Right Under Our Feet - a training companion to the textbook designed to guide educators with implementing research-based social studies and language arts practices with first-grade students.
Brush up on your skills and knowledge, at your convenience, and earn a Certificate of Participation for viewing each one-hour recording.
To access the collection:
- Go to the PD at Home page on our ETV Learn platform and choose a series to begin.
- Login with your ETV Learn account. If you don't have one yet, select 'Create New Account' and complete the form.
- After logging in, as you scroll down the page, you'll see the session options in the series you selected. To view a training, click on the session title. Each training is delivered in video segments lasting 15-20 minutes each; additional resources and a brief training evaluation are included too. As you complete each segment of the training, the next activity becomes available. You must fully view each segment to earn the certificate of participation for that session.
- To add another series, return to the PD at Home page and select it to register. You must register for each year in order to access all available trainings.
