South Carolina ETV and Public Radio (SCETV) will broadcast and livestream a press conference featuring Gov. Henry McMaster and local officials to provide updates on the winter weather system. SCETV will broadcast the press conference on its statewide radio and television network as well as provide livestreaming audio and video on its websites and social media platforms.
