We granted a petition for a writ of certiorari to review the court of appeals' opinion in State v. Stoots, Op. No. 2023-UP-051 (S.C. Ct. App. filed Feb. 8, 2023). Stoots was convicted of second-degree domestic violence, and he argues the trial court erred by declining to charge the jury on self-defense and accident. The court of appeals affirmed his conviction.

We granted the State's petition for a writ of certiorari to review the court of appeals' decision in State v. Workman, 437 S.C. 62, 876 S.E.2d 151 (Ct. App. 2022) reversing Respondent Olandio Workman's conviction for criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature. The Court will determine whether Workman was prejudiced by the trial court's incomplete instruction on the lesser included offense of first-degree domestic violence.

We granted Cone's petition for a writ of certiorari to review the court of appeals' decision in Cone v. State, Op. No. 2022-UP-323 (S.C. Ct. App. filed Aug. 3, 2022). We will determine whether the court of appeals erred in finding unpreserved Cone's argument that the trial court erred in allowing the State to argue a victim's testimony need not be corroborated pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 16-3-657.
