State House Daybook: Jan 18, 2018

The South Carolina House and Senate canceled their daily session and legislative meetings for Thursday due to inclement weather affecting part of the state. Gov. Henry McMaster postponed his State of the State address to next Wednesday, Jan. 24, at 7 p.m.
