UPDATE: The South Carolina House and Senate canceled their daily session and most legislative meetings for Wednesday and Thursday due to inclement weather affecting part of the state. Gov. Henry McMaster postponed his State of the State address to next Wednesday, Jan. 24, at 7 p.m.
