This year was the 150th Anniversary for the 2019 South Carolina State Fair and South Carolina ETV was on the fairgrounds to help celebrate. Popular characters like Smart Cat, Word Girl, and Clifford ushered in the high fives at the state fair this week. SCETV was represented by four booths -- ETV, South Carolina Public Radio, SCETV Digital, and ETV Education.
