USS Charleston Christened

Recently in Charleston, the newest ship in the U.S. Navy arsenal was commissioned…the USS Charleston. More than 40 ships have been named after people and places in South Carolina, and this is the sixth ship to be named after the Holy City. Thousands of people turned out to see the $440 million dollar ship christened.
