This is the first in a series of conversations with researchers and scientists discussing best practices for staving off dementia and Alzheimer’s. My goal is to leave you with practical, everyday things you can do to help keep your brain healthier longer. In the coming weeks we’ll talk with experts about exercise, diet,and social and intellectual stimulation.
