The Community Reaches Out to Those in Need

The Red Cross has set up 33 shelters across the state to help with people who have been displaced from their homes due to the flooding. Shelters like this one that Palmetto Scene visited in Columbia are handing out cases of water, food, and clothing, and are providing shelter for those who need it.
