Palmetto Scene sat down with Rev. Joseph Darby, First Vice President of the Charleston NAACP, to talk about the many issues facing South Carolina in the wake of last weeks shooting. Rev. Darby touches on the tragic events, as well as racial issues, as a whole in the state, and the best ways for people to forgive and move on after such a tragedy.
