According to the Gov. Haley in a recent press conference "this storm is not over yet." Catastrophic flash flooding to continue into Monday. Tropical moisture combined with a stalled front along the coast will continue to produce widespread and record-setting heavy rains through Monday.

Curfews have been ordered, dozens of people are in need of rescue, several interstates are closed and four people are dead in some of the worst flooding South Carolina has ever seen, officials said Sunday.
