Two weeks down, eight more to go! This week, I wrote two articles. Both of them took quite a bit of time and revision, but it was great to see my name on the finished products when they were posted on the website! I learned how to insert a hyperlink in my articles. It’s not hard at all, but I’ve never had a reason to use them, so I needed a couple minutes to figure it out. It has taken me a bit of time to get the hang of writing articles for the website, but I feel like I am slowly improving.
Besides writing the articles, I have also been working on a PowerPoint, which I will be presenting next Tuesday. The topic is “how to improve our social media accounts.” I have done a lot of research, and I even made my own survey. I posted the survey on social media, and I will use some of that data in my presentation.
Yesterday, I actually got to sit in on a one-hour webinar with Tabitha. Although it didn’t quite cover the information we expected it would, it was still an interesting experience. Sitting in on a webinar may not sound super exciting, and it wasn’t exactly a blast, but I thought it was cool to kind of get to take a peek “behind the curtain.” We got to see where improvements need to be made, in addition to what is working really well for the agency. Plus, I felt like such an adult getting to sit in on a professional meeting!
I’m definitely ready for the weekend, but I’m also pretty excited for next week’s adventures. Time to rest up for week three!
