Cupcake Castle owner Tim Robinson says that his bakery and ice cream parlor is all about smiles. Located in a charming building in downtown Greer, South Carolina, is Cupcake Castle. It's one of a number of new small businesses that has been opened in Greer, South Carolina in recent months.

Owner Tim Robinson says that he came to a festival in downtown Greer and noticed there was no place that sold ice cream, and fell in love with the building that his business now occupies.
