We are excited to welcome Dr. Stephanie Frazier as ETV’s new Vice President for Education.

Stephanie will lead the Education division in the coordination of activities including educational broadband services, online professional development, instructional technology initiatives, and educator training. Stephanie joins us from the SC Technical College System (SCTCS), where she served as the Associate VP for Curriculum and Instruction. With the SCTCS since 2007, she was responsible for curriculum management, teaching and learning activities, institutional research, and grants management.

Prior to joining the SCTCS, she worked in the private sector as an instructional designer, and with the University of South Carolina TRIO Programs as an academic counselor and technology manager. Stephanie also worked previously with ETV as one of the original trainers for the StreamlineSC video-on-demand service.

Dr. Frazier received her undergraduate degree in Business, Master’s degree in Educational Technology and her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, all from the University of South Carolina. A proud first-generation college graduate, she believes that her new role with ETV will allow her to continue work in supporting the development of quality educational opportunities for South Carolina students.  She looks forward to working with each of you!
