NEW Education Team Member & Scoop on Technology Training
ETV Education is excited to announce that Mr. Brian Day has joined our team as our new Instructional Technology Specialist. Brian will be working with Debbie Jarrett, ETV’s very experienced technology trainer. Please join us in welcoming Brian!
For the past eleven years, Brian taught elementary and middle school for the Calhoun County School District. During this time, he taught math, English/Language Arts, science, and social studies in grades three through six. For the past four years, he has taught strictly fifth and sixth grade social studies. Throughout his teaching career, he has both participated and presented at a variety of teacher institutes, workshops, conferences, and professional developments on the local, state and national level.
Brian is extremely excited and honored to join the SCETV family! He is looking forward to sharing the many technological tools that he utilized in the classroom, plus those he has discovered, with the South Carolina education stakeholders. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, attending concerts, playing the guitar, collecting and listening to music, cheering for Gamecock athletics, listening to podcasts, advocating for social justice, reading, and traveling.
