SCETV Education is pleased to welcome Bella Sheard as our new Early Learning and Community Outreach Coordinator.
A familiar presence at SCETV, Bella had previously served as an Event Coordinator in the Communications department where she supported community outreach events, directed station tours, and participated in learning adventures for children and families. Additionally, Bella facilitated learning activities and PBS KIDS events for SCETV. She has diligently coordinated event logistics while working with external clients and creating a welcoming educational experience for families and visitors, and she has valuable knowledge in youth coaching while working with young learners. This awareness has enabled her to develop appropriate activities, provide important feedback, and encourage children in building skills and confidence.
In Bella's new position, she will help SCETV Education expand its early learning efforts, broaden community outreach, and connect families across South Carolina with trusted resources, experiences, and opportunities to learn together. We are looking forward to her coordination of upcoming learning adventures like a screener event for Super Why's Comic Book Adventures, a PBS KIDS animated preschool series for children ages 3-5.
