In this 1977 episode of Studio See, we learn about the training needed for a young boxer to compete in the Olympics. Harold Knight gives us insight into his daily training regimen and we see him working with his coach and other young boxers in training in the youth center. Harold tells us what he thinks about while he is training.
In the next segment, we learn about skydiving from Darla Stewart, a parachutist, and her brother, Johnny Stewart, a Jump Master. Their brother, Darrell Stewart, and Darla demonstrate the equipment needed. Darla deomonstrates falling and rolling to avoid hurting herself when landing. She shows how this is done when jumping from a platform. She also discusses how she feels about skydiving.
Next, we find out about the bells at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC. They are change-ringing bells. The bells do not play tunes. They ring changes instead, with patterns, and switching the order the bells are rung in.
