South Carolina ETV and Public Radio (SCETV) will provide live coverage of Gov. Henry McMaster's press conference today, Monday, July 13, beginning at 4 p.m. The governor is expected to reflect on the life and service of U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham and announce an appointment to fill the vacancy created with the senator's passing.
