In this ETV Classic we find Senator Lindsay Graham talking to reporters about the need to raise the debt ceiling and budget responsibly, observing that this could be done in a bipartisan way.
While the Senator was in Columbia serving as the keynote speaker at the Riley Institutes award program, he sat down with Charles Bierbauer to talk politics.
Senator Graham died on July 11, 2026, and we have been going through the ETV Tape Vault in tribute to his contribution to the country and the State of South Carolina.
