When we initially announced tonight’s gubernatorial debate, all six Republican candidates had confirmed their participation. Since that time, three candidates have notified us that they will not participate.
We can confirm that three candidates will participate in tonight’s debate, airing live on South Carolina ETV, South Carolina Public Radio and our digital platforms. Current confirmed participating candidates include Josh Kimbrell, Nancy Mace and Ralph Norman.
We remain committed to providing a fair, balanced and informative forum for voters and look forward to a substantive discussion on the issues facing our state.
