South Carolina ETV will livestream Gov. Henry McMaster’s special announcement recognizing the signing of the Declaration of Independence at 4 p.m. on March 3. Joining the governor on the second floor of the Statehouse will be Chief Justice John Kittredge, Senate President Thomas Alexander and House Speaker Murrell Smith.

Viewers across the state and beyond will have full access to the livestream through SCETV’s broadcast network. The livestream will be available on the SCETV website, Facebook page and News YouTube channel.
