South Carolina Public Radio’s (SC Public Radio) interactive gameshow Who What When will air a special episode on April 25 from 11 a.m. to noon across all SC Public Radio stations. The episode was recorded in February in front of a live audience of more than 400 middle school students at Christ Church Episcopal School (CCES) in Greenville.
The special episode puts educators in the spotlight, featuring CCES Head of School David Padilla and Spanish teacher Sarah Fulks competing in a series of U.S. history-themed games. Challenges pulled straight from students’ coursework test how well the school leaders know foundational U.S. documents. In other rounds, they put a Founding Fathers twist on modern pop songs and try to separate fact from fiction in Benjamin Franklin’s legendary stories.
The live recording of the episode was completed in partnership with CCES, creating an opportunity to engage students through an interactive and entertaining educational experience. The collaboration highlights how Who What When continues to expand beyond the studio, connecting with communities and classrooms across South Carolina.
