Learning the Japanese art of flower arranging

Lin Ko, a certified Sogetsu instructor, demonstrates the centuries-old, zen-like practice of Ikebana (the Japanese art of flower arranging) with us at "Making It Grow". This example features camellia flowers in the Tsubo style which involves using a round container with a small opening. Lin has been very active in practicing and promoting Ikebana art since 1998. She is a former President of Ikebana International chapter 182 of Columbia, SC. Moreover, she is now an active member of the North & Central America Regional (NCAR) Ikebana International Sensei Committee.
