Video Guidelines
- Video should be at least 1 minute and 30 seconds long
- Students must answer the main question and at least two optional questions (See below)
- Videos should be recorded on a phone or computer in a clear, quiet setting
Main Question (Required)
- Why is mental health important to you?
Optional Questions (Choose at least two)
- What is something adults often misunderstand about being a middle or high school student today?
- If you could give one piece of advice to teachers, parents, or adults about supporting teens, what would it be?
- What topics affecting teens do you think adults should hear more about?
- If a TV show was trying to represent students your age honestly, what topics or experiences should it talk about?
