Spring Valley Homeowners Association 50th Anniversary Celebration

This year marks a major milestone for one of the Midlands’ most distinguished neighborhoods. The Spring Valley Homeowners’ Association proudly celebrates its 50th Anniversary, honoring five decades of community leadership, thoughtful stewardship, and an enduring commitment to quality of life. To commemorate this golden anniversary, the Spring Valley Homeowners’ Association invites the *general public* to attend a special 50th Anniversary Celebration on *April 25th from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.* at the *Spring Valley Country Club*. The celebration will feature notable guest speakers, including *Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott, State Senator Overture Walker, Councilwoman Tish Dozier Alleyne*, and *developer Edwin Cooper*, who will reflect on the community’s history, growth, and lasting impact. Guests will enjoy historical exhibits highlighting Spring Valley’s beginnings in 1976 and a look ahead at future plans, retro 70s music, light appetizers, family-friendly activities, and a special opportunity for past residents to reconnect and revisit the community they once called home.
