Refugee Donation Drive

A group of active duty Marines have teamed up with the International Rescue Committee Atlanta and the Port Royal Community Beer Garden to host an event on the anniversary of 9/11 collecting high demand items for the influx of Afghan refugees coming to Atlanta. Items needed include diapers, hygiene kits, Visa gift cards, school supplies, linens, pots and pans, toiletries, shoes, book bags, strollers and more. The Marines will be collecting donated goods from 3pm to 6pm on Saturday, 9/11/21, at the Port Royal Community Beer Garden. All items will be donated to the International Rescue Committee in Atlanta the following day.
