One Word Poetry Festival

The One Word Poetry Festival is a five-day in-person poetry festival taking place in Rock Hill, SC,  March 30-April 3, 2022!  The goal of the festival is to expose the Rock Hill community to the power of poetry and celebrate the countless ways that it impacts our lives.  In its second year of existence, the festival will feature local, regional and national award-winning poets, performers and artists.  The festival will engage participants of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of activities including: workshops facilitated by distinguished artists,  open mic events for youth and adults, a poetry slam, Youth Poet Laureate competition,  live music,  and public art throughout downtown Rock Hill!
