Conflict costs over $359 Billion dollars a year according to Mediate.com.   The MMC’s conference is for individuals who desire to engage in creative solutions to conflicts, disputes and disagreements. It is an interactive conference exploring the conflicts which could lead to violence. Every community, group and person have the ability and capacity to resolve disputes, work together and be creative to develop positive change in current systems affecting their lives and those in their multiple communities.  The solution to the violence in our communities is within the community itself. The local community's rich history of resilience and positive relational assets can be leveraged and strengthened to address some of the intractable societal challenges we currently face.
