At the Chef's Table Culinary Experience

Greenville 29601
For 10 years Greenville History Tours and the Table301 restaurant group have partnered to bring you some of the best and most unique dining experiences offered in our city with popular At the Chef’s Table Culinary Tour. In those 10 years they’ve served over 25,000 guests with five courses of highly creative culinary dishes and carefully matched drink pairings.
While the current pandemic has caused them to pause their tours since mid-March, they are thrilled to announce that they will now be offering a special series of tours that are sensitively modified to bring you the maximum amount of safety and personal protection while also providing the fantastic memorable dining experience that you’ve come to love and expect from these tours. With this special event series, they will conduct your culinary tour within one location—at Table301 Catering & Kitchen. You will have the personal attention and service of the chef for the entire time.
The five courses will each be a representative dish from five different Table301 kitchens (Nose Dive, Table301 Catering & Kitchen, Passerelle Bistro, The Lazy Goat, and Soby’s New South Cuisine) along with personal greeting/intro videos from each of these restaurants’ executive chefs. The in-house chef will execute the dishes and invite you to watch the cooking process and ask questions. Throughout your tour and in between courses, local historian and author, John Nolan, will entertain you with digital images and explanations of various aspects of Greenville’s history, current developments, and future planning. Even amidst the pandemic environment, they’re so pleased to be able to continue this long-standing culinary experience in a way that you can feel safe, at ease, and specially attended to. Every Tuesday, 6 pm
