- Prime rib Au Jus slow roasted to perfection, topped with seasoned grilled shrimp & a garlic herb butter accompaniment.
- Baked Cornish hen infused with fresh rosemary & garlic.
- Salmon filet marinated in our savory sauce, seared to perfection & covered with our house-made honey glaze.
