Clemson Extension Water Resources Agent Ellen Comeau shares with us information about the newest Carolina Clear consortium: the Lowcountry Stormwater Partners. Ellen explains their mission and tells us about some of the programs that they've done this year. Also, Ellen highlights how the LSP hosted the Master Pond Manager course this Spring.
