Dear Viewers and Listeners:

As we swing into March, SCETV celebrates its Spring Festival—16 days of music specials, documentaries and self-improvement programs that can help you with almost any aspect of your life. Musical programs include a rousing Tom Jones concert, the lilting ballads of Christopher Cross, a nostalgic trip back in time with Rock Rewind 1967–1969, the soaring tenor of Friar Alessandro, the driving beat of the rock group Heart, and more.

To help us be the best we can be, offerings include Forever Painless with Miranda Esmonde-White and Age-Proof with Jean Chatzky and Dr. Michael Roizen, which shows how to live to be 100 without breaking a hip… or our bank accounts!

Ken Burns: America’s Storyteller pays tribute to the prolific documentarian and includes a sneak peek at his upcoming production, The Vietnam War. Dean Cycon takes a tongue-in-cheek look at Traveling in the ’70s, before the internet, GPS, or airport security. And as the popular Masterpiece series Victoria winds up, be sure to catch the Victoria After Party, a royal send-off complete with cast, creators, and a variety of favorite scenes.

SC Public Radio welcomes Bradley Fuller as host of the popular series Sonatas and Soundscapes. Each weekday Fuller explores the diverse and colorful range of classical (and not-so-classical) music—from baroque to experimentalism. You can listen to SC Public Radio on your smartphone using our app, which allows you to hear our classical or news service anywhere in the state.

As always, we thank you for your support during our Spring Festival—and all year long.
