Tylee Tracer-Anderson

Tylee Tracer-Anderson is the Chief of Government Affairs at the Catawba Indian Nation. Previously to this role she served as the Director of Communications for the Catawba Nation since 2022. She leads the Communications team efforts in citizen communication tools, social media, government and community outreach, public relations, internal communications, and marketing. 

Prior to working with the Nation, she had 5 years of work experience as a Public Information Officer for the Tennessee Department of Corrections. She has focused her career on being a public servant and through her communications work has worked in Tennessee and in South Carolina with producers and reporters from Public Broadcasting. 

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and a Master of Public Administration from Arkansas State University and serves as a member of the Palmetto Alliance of Public Information Officers.
