Tim Miller

Tim Miller serves as Director of the South Carolina Emergency Information Network (SCEIN), and Chief Meteorologist of South Carolina ETV and Public Radio where he leads statewide efforts to enhance emergency communications, public safety information, and strategic partnerships across South Carolina. Tim brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning television, radio, weather operations, and public information.

Throughout his career, Tim has successfully guided media organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and innovation. His leadership has resulted in highly rated programming, profitable operations, strengthened community engagement, and trusted public service initiatives. Known for building strong teams and fostering collaborative partnerships, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to unite people around a common mission while delivering measurable results.  Tim has won numerous awards during his career, including 5 Emmy Awards in television broadcasting.

Tim’s ability to communicate complex information with clarity, credibility, and confidence has earned the trust of audiences, public officials, emergency managers, and community leaders alike.
