Holly Bounds Jackson
Holly Jackson is the Director of Operations at ETV Lowcountry, one of SCETV’s four regional stations. A former local TV news reporter and anchor, Holly now uses that experience with the USCB broadcast students who conduct classes at the studio twice a week. She is the host of By The River, a show that highlights authors from across the southeast. Holly is a native of Bishopville, SC and a graduate of USC Columbia. Throughout her journalism career, Holly has earned multiple awards and honors. Three times she’s been awarded the Edward R. Murrow regional award for Excellence in Writing. She was also recognized by the Georgia Association of Broadcasters for Best News Reporter in 2018. In her spare time, Holly enjoys finding a good deal and playing Scrabble. She and her husband have four daughters and one dog. They reside in Bluffton.
