Courtney Thomas

Courtney Thomas (she/they) is an advocate, activist, and pop culture lover. Her work centers the joys and triumphs of the Black South. She is a storyteller from Mississippi by way of South Carolina. She loves good poetry, warm soil, and strong coffee (in no particular order). 

Courtney is the co-host of The AUXdacity, a dynamic multi-platform podcast that amplifies the voices and stories at the intersection of music, culture, education, and politics. This 30-minute show features in-depth conversations with musicians, educators, journalists, and cultural influencers to explore the impact of music on society—past, present, and future.
