Clayton Ingram

Clayton Ingram was named SC Housing’s external relations and policy manager in 2024 and provides the agency with leadership and insights in the world of communication and government policy. Ingram has served with the agency in various roles throughout his 12 years with SC Housing, with his most recent focusing falling on understanding the broad impacts of affordable housing – multi-family and single-family – throughout the state. As a public servant with the state of South Carolina, Ingram has also worked in various capacities in areas ranging from insurance and risk management to public health.
