How do I return my product for a refund or exchange? Returns "No-risk" Policy If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, return them in the original shipping package in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase date for full credit or exchange. Simply indicate your reason for returning the item(s). Please include your packing slip when returning your item(s) so that we can credit your account promptly. We do not, however, refund monies on printed materials. Please note: when you pay by check or cash and request a refund, the process will take approximately 3 weeks. Send your return to: |

Standard shipping is United Sates Postal Service. Under normal circumstances, it will take approximately 3 - 5 business days for delivery of your order once we've processed your order. |
