Lomax, The Hound of Music
New music series

Using a research-based music curriculum, this new 13-part PBS children's series features Lomax, a melody-obsessed puppet pooch (pictured, left); his blues-singing feline sidekick Delta (right); and their human companion Amy (Amy Miles, center) traveling by train to discover our nation's diverse musical heritage. Kids are invited to sing classic folksongs along with Lomax and his friends and, along the way, gain a greater facility for music that will last a lifetime.
