This year's INPUT schedule was packed with some of the most thought-provoking public media in the world! We wanted to make sure you got a feel for what happened at the conference this year at usinput.blogspot.com.

---

South Carolina ETV was awarded a contract by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting to provide 12 INPUT 2012 Producer Fellowships.  The travel grants assisted applicants with airfare, registration and lodging to attend INPUT on May 7 – 12 in Sydney, Australia. Five of the producers were selected through the process at international program selection and the remaining grants were provided through a competitive process. With so many qualified applicants, the national selection panel had a challenging time narrowing down the list to just seven public media producers.

INPUT is the International Public Television Screening Conference, an annual international forum for television professionals to discuss and challenge the boundaries of television in the public interest.  INPUT 2012 brought together over 700 television professionals from over 30 countries. Participants met for a frank exchange of views of over 80 hours of the most stimulating and innovative public television programs and online public media from around the world.
