Governor Glenn McConnell will feature Mr. Tony Kester, Director of the Office on Aging, as they discuss issues facing senior citizens as part of Older Americans Month. Hannah Toole, from Orangeburg Preparatory School, and Ryan Magee, from Dutch Fork High School, will be presented with awards for their essays about senior citizens in South Carolina.
