Help We need a true blue certified sc grown farmers market here! I can't drive to Mt. Pleasant to afford the produce there and bring it all the way back here. The farmer so called stands sell mainly veggies from lord knows where. I want real fresh veggies because I can't afford to buy in the grocery stores and then throw out the green beans like I did because they were horrible tasting!
I also agree wholeheartily about the state our food industry is in...no wonder we are all fat and sick. Please they need to stop it...even our dogs are dying from garbage in their foods. (I home cook mine) but then I think I am feeding them garbage chicken and beef...Help us. Tell us what we can do to help. I will gladly work a farmers market stand 4 days a week. I am unemployed now and I would love to make the rest of my working years doing something to help our farmers and we humans and our pets. Thanks for letting me air!
