Winthrop/ETV Poll - October 2008
The sixth in a series of polls by Winthrop University and ETV, will be of likely voters in South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. It will be horserace in nature--carefully detailing head-to-head results among the candidates--as well as an examination of respondents' feelings about major issues of the day.
The polling sample is significant enough to be able to identify which of the three states, if any, might well go Democratic on Election Day. Virginia and North Carolina, in particular, are still described by leading pundits as "battleground" states.
