Rep. Hardwick’s View on Amendment #49
Representative Nelson Hardwick of Horry County wants to pass Amendment #49 for the Southern Evacuation Lifeline that would allow a bridge to be built between Bucksport and Burgess and would include $250,000 of SCDOT money to get the project started, but Representative Norman of York County isn't quite sold on the idea.
